Staying On Your Diet While Traveling!

It's that time AGAIN, Thanksgiving starts it off, Christmas is right in the middle, and New Years ends the whole season of indulgence and weight gain. Oh yeah there is also the time spent with family and friends.

Once January first hits everyone is trying to undo what they did the last year and especially the last two months. But why wait that long? Why not start right now and not have to undo what happens? Letting it go only makes more work for you later and takes longer to get to your fitness goals.

Traveling seems to be the most used excuse why someone goes off a  meal plan and throws the whole eating clean out the window.   Here are a few tips on how to travel this holiday season and STAY on your diet and STAY on track to your goals!
