Why BioS3?

What makes BioS3 different than other programs?

Other programs have their own "system"; a specific way of doing things. They have guidelines and certain parameters to follow. BioS3 does not! We understand that no two people are the same, and just because you have a paper that says a diet is for fat loss doesn't mean it will work. There is nothing NEW that has come along in quite some time. Many diets and training programs are reused, have an added a "spin" to them, are given a new name, and called a new program.

BioS3 uses ALL programs! Not just one! There is nothing set in stone. If something doesn't work, you simply move on to the next technique instead of wasting time following a piece of paper. BioS3 is individualized, customized only to you! There is no way for someone to know what works for you until you try the "Scratch Test."

What is the BioS3 "Scratch Test"?

When someone thinks they may have an allergy, they go to the doctor for a scratch test, which is a series of scratches that determine what you are allergic to. BioS3 does the same - not by scratching you, but trying different foods and training programs until the right one is found for you.

After the diet and training program is set, you basically don't need to TRY all kinds of different things; you now have the power to control your body to do whatever you want! Lose and gain weight at will.

There are so many cookie cutter diets and programs out there. You pay the money and within seconds you get a program. The problem is that it's a general program. It doesn't work for everyone. BioS3 will FIND the program that's right for you. No gimmicks. No lies. No excuses. There are hundreds of programs out there, and one is right for you!

With BioS3, you do not blindly follow a paper; you learn about your body. It's kind of like going to college to learn your body in a hands-on way!

What is BioS3 Training?

BioSynthetic Training is the blend of three components: training, nutrition, and cardio, fused together. There is simply no one way of training that works for every body.

The number 3 in Bios3, refers to the number of macro-nutrients:

  • Fat
  • Carbohydrates
  • Protein

The 3 ranges of motion we use:

  • Full range (flat bench press)
  • Stretch range (incline flye)
  • Contracted (cable crossover)

The 3 types of cardio:

  •  Low intensity (walking at a slow pace)
  •  High intensity (stairmill or elliptical)
  •  Interval cardio (low and high intensity mixed together)

We also use 3 different rep ranges:

  •  Low (1-5 reps)
  •  Mid (8-10 reps)
  • High (15-100 reps)

Bios3 also typically uses 3 sets per exercise. Usually after the 3rd set is done, doing a 4th set rapidly decreases performance.

BioS3 takes into account the individual metabolism, leverage factors during exercise, and cardiovascular training, and blends them together to create the optimal training program tailored to the individual.

Once we get a list of what you have been eating now and how you have been training now, we can see how to make changes and begin to find the foods that work best for you, and find ranges of motion best suited for you.

We begin with the "scratch test" for the foods and a range of motion for your exercises. Once we direct you to the B3TV channel, you will be able to see how things all fall together. It's a gathering of information on YOU which helps us understand what you need!

We then figure out how to set up your cardiovascular exercise program. Some people do very little cardio, some do none, and some do up to 45 minutes every day. It depends on your goals and how you respond, as well as your present exercise routines.

One everything is in place, you will have the control and information to look any way you want to look! You will also understand how to change these things as you progress.
