12 Week Diet Plan, Including Metabolic Test ($400)
This 12-week diet plan includes the Scratch test and finding the right foods that work for you. There may be a time where foods change, don't change, are cycled in and out; it all depends on what your body needs and how it uses them. At the end of the 12 weeks, you will know which foods are right for you, when to eat them, when not to eat them, and how your body works! It's like going to college for your body! This 12 week program can also be:
12 Week Competition Plan ($370)
The 12-week customized pre-contest program including phone consultations, personalized training program, cardio program, nutrition and supplementation program, check-ins every week, and daily as your show approaches. Perfect for bodybuilders, fitness, and figure competitors.
60 Minute Phone Consultation ($60)
The 60 minute phone call includes any questions specific you may have about diet, training, cardio, nutritional supplements, anything you may have done in the past, or anything you want to try in the future. This is a Q and A for 60 min. It's your hour, so let's get all those questions answered!
60 Minute Training Session In Person ($75)
In-person training is the best way to feel the intensity of the BioS3 program! I will personally put you through the paces and show you how to get on the right track, including showing you your OWN personal exercise form and not a textbook form, which may not be right for you. This is very important! I've seen people get injured trying to stick to the TEXTBOOK!
No matter what your goal is, you can be sure it will all be taken care of in person and with the undivided attention you deserve!
(This fee also includes a day pass into the gym for the whole day. You can choose to stay and do some cardio, shoot some hoops, hit the heavy bags, do a little spinning, whatever you choose for the day!)
Online Training and Diet Program Combination - 12 Weeks ($370)
This is available if you live out of state or far enough where you cannot train in person. It's not just simply a cookiecutter approach; we will set up the basic exercises, the execution of them, and how to make them work for YOU! It changes based on how your body adapts at YOUR OWN PACE!
Vitamin Supplement Program for Specific Needs ($50)
Nutritional supplements are something new for many people! Not for me, though. Nineteen years of incorporating supplements in my own training, studying, and experimenting on myself have taught that me in this day and age, we NEED certain supplements we can't get from food.
Not everyone agrees, but if you are interested in getting to another level of health and well-being, then covering all your bases with supplements is one of the steps that needs to be taken!
