Kevin Levrone is a very good friend of mine. As I have gotten to know him, I've learned the biggest secret to how he built his championship physique. I was expecting some ground breaking exercise selection making him grow faster than all the rest. Nope, it wasn't that. Some miracle supplement or experimental drug? Nope, not that! So what is the secret? INTENSITY and INSANE FOCUS! Just as a part of who he is. I noticed these same qualities in Jay Cutler this past weekend as well.
When these guys walk into a room, there is something about them. People stop and stare. It's a charisma, an intensity, a feeling that they can do anything. And that's a fact. If Donald Trump walked into a room with Kevin, he would have that same intensity, yet he doesn't even go near a weight room. Natalie Portman, and Christian Bale both have that same kind of intensity. The way these people apply it to what they do is what makes them great; it's not some secret that only they know.
I'm pretty sure if Kevin or Jay wanted to be the world ping-pong champion, they could do it; it'd just be a matter of time and practice.
What made me think of this? There was a picture of Kevin bent down backstage at a show, seemingly helping Jay, who looked like he had passed out from exertion. Kevin and Jay were talking about it in front of me. In reality, Kevin was telling Jay: "No matter what, don't give up! You can beat Ronnie!" Jay kept at it with that intensity he learned to harness and you know what? He DID beat Ronnie and became Mr Olympia.

Another example is when Kevin tore his pec while benchpressing. He had surgery to repair it, and when he was healed enough, he went right back into the gym. In four months, he was on the Olympia stage. And he still DID the flat bench exercise that injured him! Most people would shy away from it, but he knew he needed to do it to improve. He went right after it. MENTAL TOUGHNESS!

So there you have it! The biggest secret to bodybuilding success. It's not a diet, a training program, or a secret exotic drug. It's the MIND! Don't take my word for it; go to LevroneReport.com and ask Kevin for yourself. Better yet, try applying MORE intensity to your workouts, your eating, or ANYTHING else in your life you want to improve and see what happens!
I love this and it rings so true!!!!
